No. Of course it isn’t. Classes successfully host reunions all the time without any public funds, use of public facilities, or plays for additional private money for public use.
I watch it happen here in central NC every year. And I live in a fish bowl. Sometimes I think I see more of the world as a homebirthing, homeschooling housewife than those who travel the world.
Note to self.

I know… It’s really a big fundraising campaign. It’s a BIG part of why Mike and I only attended the “meet-up” at Fullsteam. It was only money out of our pockets and there were no paid staff nor waste of resources other than the advertising about it and whatever the pieces of paper were that requested we sign in. Which, of course, we did not. *grr!*
