This article points out the reality that parents cannot sue vaccine manufacturers for vaccine injury. I lack any pity at all for the circumstances in which these parents find themselves.
The bottom line is less about the ability to litigate and is instead about the fact that the government usurps parental rights when it makes vaccination compulsory. Yes. I can exempt. But only at the compulsion of a government-approved exemption one of which is not “Because we are the parents. The government is not the parent.”
Parents who choose to hand over parenting to a faceless, emotionless government willingly accept the dictates of that government.
Choose to read medication inserts prior to doping. Choose to be informed. Choose to accept responsibility. None of which should be at my family’s expense.
Life is a series of choices.
